Shopee doesn't offer direct exchange between buyers and sellers. You may reach out to the seller via Shopee Chat and discuss whether the seller is willing to do an exchange.

⚠️ Note:
- Should there be any issue regarding an exchange agreed outside of Shopee, please check with the seller
- A return/refund request can be raised if an agreement for an exchange between seller and buyer couldn’t be reached
- You may refer to this article to know how to raise a return/refund request
- If the return is successful and there are no further issues raised by either buyers or sellers, the refund will be processed once the product is checked and accepted by the seller/Shopee Warehouse team
